The Clubhouse kitchen is neither designed nor equipped to be used as a professional cooking space. It is ideal, however, when used to assemble and serve catered meals and pot luck dinners. There is a spacious refrigerator, microwave oven, conventional stove with a double oven, plenty of coffee pots and other serving items. A full dinner service for about 100 people is stored in the cupboard space, and there are two large dishwashers to make clean up efficient. While you can’t cook for hundreds here, it’s certainly possible to prepare a meal for twenty or so in a clean and inviting environment. |
